Product Information

We strive to describe items accurately (materials, sizes, weights, colors). Natural stones and handmade items vary—minor differences, inclusions, and color variations are normal.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order for reasons including inventory limits, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/description. If we cannot fulfill an order, we’ll cancel and refund where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

We generally ship via USPS. At checkout, we charge based on the USPS estimate; if we can ship for less, we will refund any difference after fulfillment. When possible, we’ll attempt to fit orders into a USPS flat-rate box to help minimize cost. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available during our normal Friday–Sunday business hours. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed. This applies to all items, including sale and promotional items.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email shipping@everythingjustrocksonline.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can assist. Remedies are provided only as required by applicable law.

User Content (Reviews & Submissions)

If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant EJR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You are responsible for your submissions and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, product names/descriptions) is owned by or licensed to EJR and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with security features, scraping or harvesting data, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Links & Tools

We may link to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EJR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EJR, its owners, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, for any dispute not resolved informally. We both agree to first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through informal discussions.

Entire Agreement; No Waiver; Interpretation

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

These Terms (together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Site and incorporated by reference—such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and No-Returns Policy) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Site and our products/services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written (including any prior versions of these Terms).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
