Empath Protection Kit

Palo Santo:
Purpose: Cleanses negative energy and provides a sense of calm.
Instructions: Light the Palo Santo stick, allowing it to burn for about 30 seconds to a minute, then blow out the flame. Move the smoke around your body or space with the intent to purify and protect.

Sage:
Purpose: Purifies and removes stagnant energy.
Instructions: Light the sage bundle and let it catch fire. Once it’s burning, blow it out and let the smoke waft over yourself and your environment. You can use a feather to gently direct the smoke.

Energetic Cord-Cutting Knife:
Purpose: Symbolically assists in cutting energetic ties that may be draining you.
Instructions: Visualize any unwanted energetic connections and gently perform a cutting motion with the knife, asserting your intention to release them. Ensure to do this symbolically and safely.

Abalone Shell:
Purpose: Used as a bowl to catch ashes and hold your burning materials, representing the water element.
Instructions: Place the Palo Santo or Sage inside the shell when burning, to catch any ashes and offer a balanced element presence during your practice.

Protection Crystals (Black Tourmaline, Blue Kyanite, Obsidian, Black Onyx & Selenite etc.)
Purpose: Grounding and protective properties to shield and heal.
Instructions: Hold or place the crystals around you. Meditate on their protective qualities and carry them with you throughout your day for ongoing support. Empath Protection Kit Instructions 

Using Your Empath Protection Kit:
Setting an Intention:
Begin by setting a clear intention for what you wish to achieve, whether it’s grounding, protection, or emotional release.

Creating Sacred Space:
Choose a quiet environment where you can focus without interruptions. Arrange your items in a circle, symbolizing unity and protection.

Ritual Process:
Start with cleansing using Sage or Palo Santo. Allow the smoke to envelop your body and space. Use the energetic cord-cutting knife with strong visualizations to sever any ties that do not serve your highest good. Conclude by holding your protection crystals and affirming your intention, feeling grounded and secure. 

Closing:
Express gratitude for the protection and guidance received. Extinguish any flames and store your items neatly for future use.
